Biography
Current responsibilities
Emmanuel Hauptmann is a Senior Systematic Equity Fund Manager and a Founding Partner of RAM Active Investments SA and plays a determining role in the research that underpins the management of the RAM Systematic Equity Funds. He is also a Member of the Social Responsible Investment Committee and President of the RAM Active Philanthropy Foundation.
Career
Emmanuel started his career in 2002 as a European Equity Derivatives Quant Strategist at Morgan Stanley in London. He was then Senior Quantitative Analyst as Director within Citigroup’s Alternative Execution team in London before joining RAM Active Investments in 2007.
Education and qualification
Emmanuel Hauptmann graduated from both Ecole Centrale Paris and the London School of Economics in 2002 having studied dual programs of MSc in Applied Mathematics and MSc (with distinction) om Finance and Economics, respectively. Emmanuel also has a BSc in Economics from Paris-Sorbonne University having graduated in 2001.
